We manufacture all our products in house using state of the art equipment. Some is a bit old but true and accurate.

Our best time saver is our over head router.

This CNC machine allowed us to go from a sauna wall that took 1 person 2 days to make to making 5 per day

It cuts the door, the window, all the trim, door stops, screw strips, vent holes, window trim etc.

The next best time saver is our custom made dado saw. With 2 sets of dado blades on the saw we can cut the dado in every stave with exacting accuracy every cut

The demand for more and more saunas, tubs, wine cellars and playhouses forced us to make another major purchase that speeds up production by 30%. This is an all in one thickness planer and wide belt sander that boasts a whoping 51" in width

All of our cedar is run through our 5 head Weinig molder which makes every piece the same shape and size.

Without this piece of equipment the staves may not all be the same and it would take 8 times as long to accomplish the same task.

To make a super smooth face on all our cedar we use spiral cutter heads

Barrel Enterprises produces a line of outdoor furniture. For this we require specalized equipment

All this equipment requires a huge dust collection system. We have installed 3 dust collectors

All custom trim and mouldings get run through our shaper. The thousands of shaper knives in the cabinets allow us to duplicate most any profile for antique reproductions or historical restorations.
